(Re)Cycle.

The Linton Cycling Bib Short is constructed from 88% recycled polyester – a sustainable fabric derived from post-consumer waste (clothing, plastic bottles etc). It's made by melting down existing plastic and re-spinning it into new polyester fibre. It's lightweight, durable, quick drying and delivers outstanding comfort and performance. By using recycled polyester we can reduce our CO2 emissions and re-use resources that would normally end up in landfill.

Sore Bum? Take A Seat.

Any cyclist will tell you a poor quality foam pad can be a real pain in the arse. Some are too thick and make you feel like you're wearing a nappy. Others are too thin and lack cushioning. They can move around, create friction and chaffing, turning your nether-regions into a painful petri dish. Pretty quickly, a bad pad will leave you saddle sore and generally ruin your ride.

Waffle, Waffle, Waffle.

The foam pad in our Linton Bib Short is designed for maximum performance, comfort and feel. It fits snuggly and reduces friction. At just 8mm thick it has the perfect density for long rides thanks to its clever 'waffle' composition. Small perforations in the foam make it softer and more breathable, so your tackle stays cool and is less prone to bacteria build-up. Lastly, it has tapered edges and no seams so these bibs feel comfortable from the moment you pull them on.

Change gear now. Your bum will thank you.

Inhale, Exhale.

The Linton Bib Short features a breathable back panel made from PolyTecKnit™; a unique fabric developed by howies®. It combines warm Merino with soft polyester to create the ultimate performance knit. An inner layer of brushed poly mesh sits comfortably against your skin, while an outer layer of Merino draws moisture away from your body to keep you cool and dry.

Pressure Is Off.

Wide, low profile bib straps take the weight off your shoulders. Ahhhh.

Looking After Your Kit.

To keep your bib shorts fresh and clean, we recommend washing them inside out for maximum effectiveness. Avoid tumble drying. Air dry only and hang them in the sun to kill off any lingering bacteria. Avoid using petroleum jelly or other rash ointments containing petroleum as they don't wash out easily and will trap bad bacteria (they also wreck your saddle). We recommend using a proper chamois cream on your skin instead.
