An all new hooded workwear jacket with a rugged organic Bedford Cord outer and a warm Sherpa fleece lining for when the temperature drops.
The Harty jacket, true to its name, is built to last. The Bedford cord has characteristic narrow ridges that resemble corduroy wale, making it soft but durable. It's built to take abuse and is renowned for its quality and durability as the narrow ridges give it remarkable strength. Our Bedford cord has added stretch, which means the Harty is less rigid than similar workwear styles. So it's durable enough for outdoor work, but casual enough for everyday around town. It has a clean design and a neat silhouette that'll look great with jeans. A warm, hardwearing piece with timeless style that will serve you well for decades to come.

• Outer: 98% organic cotton, 2% elastane
• Liner: 100% Polyester

Common Sense Cotton

We all think that cotton is one of the most natural things around; all cosy and safe and familiar. The truth is it simply isn’t as ‘natural’ as we’d all like to think.

Cotton is one of the most heavily sprayed crops grown by man, with a myriad of insecticides used during the growing process. And you can bet the shirt on your back that those nasty insecticides stay on that cotton the whole time you wear it too. Common sense says that can’t be doing you any good.

That’s why we use organic cotton, grown without any of the nasty stuff, so you needn’t worry about anything bad rubbing off on you.

Now isn’t that comforting?
